Passing Tasteful Selections potatoes across the table

It is time to get your Easter potato promotions in place! Potatoes are a staple dish to many Easter celebrations, so set your ads and lock in your pricing and volumes. This helps our team lock down the pack time for your orders.

Use russet and sweet potatoes as traffic drivers for your potato category. Five- or 10-pound russet promotions will give you the best volume—ensure ample merchandising space. Sweet potatoes are also a great volume driver.

Onion Market Update

As the growing region for onions transitions south, growers in the Northwest and Idaho still see steady demand for storage crop onions. New crop onions are available from growers in Texas and Mexico. Growers in the Imperial Valley are expected to come online at the end of April with a new crop of onions.
