Potato Market Update
All regions are extremely busy with the upcoming holiday. Pricing remains unchanged. With most of the country long on supplies following the holiday, we may see more pressure on pricing once demand drops.
Like the russet potato market, yellow potatoes are seeing good demand with the holiday. Supplies remain available in all shipping areas, with pricing keeping steady.
White potato supply and demand continue to gravitate to the Northeast, with some spillover into the Southeast. Pricing remains very steady with little to no change.
Ample supplies of fingerling potatoes are available in Colorado, Idaho, and Washington. Demand remains very steady with little change.
